Andie's Bridal Shower

After church this morning, I went to Andie's Bridal Shower! Mackenzie napped at home and Dustin stayed at home with her.. She is teething again so she is pretty cranky!









I didn't get a close up, but I made Andie& Brian the wreath, the burlap canvas with the R, and four coasters with their initials. I really like the way it all turned out!

Andie got some really cute things! I cannot wait for the Wedding!! :)

Brian came afterwards and helped load up everything. We went to their soon to be house and it is so full of character! I can't wait to visit them with it all set up.

Just one more month til they are The Reyes' :)

Date Night

Our church has been doing Friday Night Date Nights. The Nursery keeps the kids from 6-9 and it is only $5 for us to take Mackenzie! This was the first one we have participated with.


I got off work late Friday, but we got dressed and headed out the door around 6. They fed the kids pizza, and Mackenzie had a great time while we were gone.

Dustin and I decided to eat in Fort Smith at Olive Garden, go to the
Sugar Shack for Sno Cones, and then head back to get M.
Our dinner was yummy...

When I was pregnant with Mackenzie, I went with Dustin's mom, Aunt Gina, and Cassen to pick out fabric for M's bedding and we ate at Olive Garden. I had been craving that Fried Lasagna for over a year and it didn't disappoint! :)

We had a great time and can't wait to do it again!

Maybe next time, we will eat local and rent a movie.

I didn't have to work yesterday, so M and I had a girls day at home..
and Hobby Lobby of course!

She learned a new trick while we were at home!







Yay!!!

I am sure we won't be saying that when she falls off of the couch, but for now, we are excited! :)

Mackenzie,
It breaks my heart when I put you to bed and you throw a fit! We had a very busy day. You went to Granny's while mom worked and dad played golf, then you had a short nap before Jessica's wedding shower.

I just now laid you down and you instantly stood up and began screaming. I just want you to know that when you are crying I am standing right outside your door peeking in through the cracks!

I feel so guilty for making you cry it out, but I have to do it!
You only cried for about two minutes, and now I can hear you talking to your My Pal Violet. She sings fun songs and sweet lullabies with your name in them :)

I just want you to know that I stand by your door almost the entire time you cry, because it breaks my heart! You will always be my baby girl!
