Sunday morning, we celebrated Dustin's very first Father's Day!
I guess Mackenzie wanted to be the first to tell him Happy Father's Day because she woke us up at 3:30 that morning! She is just so sweet! :)
Happy First Father's Day Dustin! You are the best dad in the whole world! I would love for M to stay this size but it melts my heart when I imagine you teaching her how to play sports, teaching her how to fish, and just teaching her to be a good girl! We love you so much and we are So Blessed to have you in our lives!
We had our very first Nursery Duty on Father's Day. We went to Life Group and headed to Nursery afterwards. I really enjoyed it. We watched the 2 year olds along with Jared and Cassen. Dustin had fun chasing Easton around. I found it very ironic that Dustin was playing with Easton on father's day considering Easton was our boy name we had picked out!
After church, we met my family at Chili's. We ate, bowled, and then headed for desert at Marble Slab! :) Before we went bowling, we went by Academy to get Duffy some socks to bowl in and his shoes broke! Thank goodness that we had actually bought him a pair of Sperry's and we gave them to him out in the parking lot! haha!
Mackenzie screamed the whole drive to Marble Slab... But as soon as her Aunt Kaci picked her up she was silent. She slept on Kaci's shoulder the whole time we ate ice cream! I think she is in love with her aunt already!
Mackenzie went to play with Mrs. Haynes and their SIX children on Monday. Here is Mackenzie with sweet Mary Grace. MG has twin baby sisters at home! And I thought one was hard enough!
This was the day she wore her blue dress to the doctor.
Isn't this just the sweetest?
Well here was my before....
And here is the After! This is the front of the clip board. I made this for Andie for graduation. I thought this made a wonderful teacher gift and it was super easy to make!
I hope everyone had an amazing Father's Day! After we ate with my family, Dustin went to Washburn to visit with his family. I am so blessed to have such an amazing father in my life. I can't imagine not having him! This was Duff's first father's day since Grandpa Tom passed away, and I know that had to be hard on him.
First of all, if you read this whole post...Bless Your Heart!
This has to be the longest post ever!!
Here is Mackenzie in her new floatie!
We docked at Brady Mountain this trip and really liked it!
We decided to take her Pack n Play and this is when I fell absolutely in love with this thing! Mackenzie slept about 4 1/2 hours straight! She was enjoying the nature!
About 10 days old here...
This was at two months!
And she might even give me this face when she sees this picture! haha!
I thought about getting Becky some of these but I think she will pass :)
She is Dustin Junior!
M was taking in everything Margie was saying.
I think this was the day that Mackenzie yawned and Anson said "Aw, she yawns..I haven't yawned in a week..... I better drink some water." This boy cracks me up!!
Dustin had to go to Oklahoma City last week for baseball..
Mackenzie and I stayed all by ourselves. I let her sleep with me! :)
I think this was the day that Anson told Andie that he can't wait til Mackenzie speaks English!
I wonder where he comes up with this stuff?
I love that she rests her head on her sweet hand while she is eating. It is like she is thinking.. This is such a hard task. She has also started playing with her hair while she eats. It's these little things I hope I never forget.
Mackenzie lays on her side on the couch and watches Country Music Videos.
She can lay there forever!
Mackenzie out grew her bath seat we bathed her in. We bought her a yellow tub that fits over the sink and she is in love with it. She could soak in that water until it got cold!
Here is another small thing I hope I never forget. Dustin sleeps just like this! It amazes me how much these two are alike! On the tummy with the covers over there heads and that left leg always has to be hanging out. I go in and cover her up and she kicks it off!

Mackenzie was 9 weeks old
We went in for her two month check up
You are weighing in at 11 pounds 6 ounces
You are 22 3/4 inches long
You wear size 1 diapers and you are wearing 0-3 months clothes
That afternoon Dustin had softball games
I don't know if you can tell but his bottle is next to him and he is drinking his milk through a nipple attached to the bottle. What a neat idea!
