-Father's Day and other Random Things-

Sunday morning, we celebrated Dustin's very first Father's Day!

I guess Mackenzie wanted to be the first to tell him Happy Father's Day because she woke us up at 3:30 that morning! She is just so sweet! :)

Me feeding our starving girl before we headed to church..

Dustin and Mackenzie

Happy First Father's Day Dustin! You are the best dad in the whole world! I would love for M to stay this size but it melts my heart when I imagine you teaching her how to play sports, teaching her how to fish, and just teaching her to be a good girl! We love you so much and we are So Blessed to have you in our lives!

We had our very first Nursery Duty on Father's Day. We went to Life Group and headed to Nursery afterwards. I really enjoyed it. We watched the 2 year olds along with Jared and Cassen. Dustin had fun chasing Easton around. I found it very ironic that Dustin was playing with Easton on father's day considering Easton was our boy name we had picked out!

After church, we met my family at Chili's. We ate, bowled, and then headed for desert at Marble Slab! :) Before we went bowling, we went by Academy to get Duffy some socks to bowl in and his shoes broke! Thank goodness that we had actually bought him a pair of Sperry's and we gave them to him out in the parking lot! haha!

Mackenzie screamed the whole drive to Marble Slab... But as soon as her Aunt Kaci picked her up she was silent. She slept on Kaci's shoulder the whole time we ate ice cream! I think she is in love with her aunt already!

Mackenzie went to play with Mrs. Haynes and their SIX children on Monday. Here is Mackenzie with sweet Mary Grace. MG has twin baby sisters at home! And I thought one was hard enough!

Last week, Anson drew this picture of Mackenzie.
This was the day she wore her blue dress to the doctor.
Isn't this just the sweetest?

A while back I mentioned I was crafting...
Well here was my before....

And here is the After! This is the front of the clip board. I made this for Andie for graduation. I thought this made a wonderful teacher gift and it was super easy to make!

Here is the back of the clip board.

I hope everyone had an amazing Father's Day! After we ate with my family, Dustin went to Washburn to visit with his family. I am so blessed to have such an amazing father in my life. I can't imagine not having him! This was Duff's first father's day since Grandpa Tom passed away, and I know that had to be hard on him.
