Monday, July 19, 2010Friday night, Dustin, Mackenzie and I went to eat with Mom, Duff and Memaw for mom's birthday. It was a very belated birthday dinner, but Memaw wanted us to all go out. We ate at TGI Fridays and then headed home.....
Saturday, Mackenzie and I headed to the lake! Her daddy was playing in a softball tournament all day. It was way to hot to just go sit in the sun so we met up with my parents at the lake! Here is Mackenzie in her swim suit!
Clouds started rolling in after we were there for a couple of hours... We put M on Paul and Susan's boat since it had a cover and headed for the dock. It poured the whole drive back to the dock. Mackenzie was the only dry one on the boat!! We of course stopped by the Dairyette on our way back home.
Sunday, Dustin and I had Nursery duty at church. Between the two of us we had 6 three year olds! And oh my goodness - I felt like I said "No" and "Now we can't act like that" a thousand times! I'm so glad that we get a chance to do this once a month! Maybe next time Mrs. Becky will get to come! We missed you Becky! After church, I headed to the pool at Chamberlyne with Mom and Kaci. Mackenzie hung out with her daddy and Pops all day. She was feeling left out at dinner so we put her Bumbo seat on the end of the table. Haha!

Last week, my sister and I decided to get creative and Mod Podge a water bucket...
The front of it says "Lauren"
We did it for Lauren K.'s 18th Birthday... Since she will be going to UCA in the fall we thought we would support the school spirit!
