This week was my first week back from Maternity Leave..

It was way harder than I ever expected it to be.

The Saturday before I went back to work was the first time we left Mackenzie with a sitter while Dustin and I got out of the house... She stayed with Kaci while we went bowling with our Life Group. It was a lot of fun to get out and have some "Us" time!

It was very nice to get my on my schedule, but it was very hard leaving her... On Monday morning, I laid her in her cradle in Kaci's room and started sobbing. I cried the whole way to work, and as I walked in one of the sweet nurses asked if it was my first day back... I bet she wished she wouldn't have said a word because I broke down on her!

It is crazy to think that just six weeks before that it was hard for me to even leave work.. I worked the day before M was born and when I got to my car I just broke down. I didn't know how I was going to go six weeks without being at work... And then there I was sobbing because I was back at work.... A baby changes EVERYTHING!
